Service and repair of Immergas boilers in Naples and across Campania, starting from the code you see on the display. We are not the official Immergas service centre. We are a qualified business that repairs boilers of several brands. Many lockouts can be understood on a video call and some are resolved there, following what the manual allows.

Do not open the boiler casing and do not work on the gas or electrical parts. If you smell gas, do not press Reset and do not touch switches: open the windows, go outside and call the distributor's emergency line from there.
Recognise the problem
- The display shows 01 and the boiler does not light
- 10 appears and the pressure gauge needle is low
- After a few resets 08 appears and the boiler does not restart
- The boiler locks out with 02 after it has been running a while
- 37 appears, the boiler stops and then restarts by itself
The most common causes
- 1
Failed ignition
The boiler cannot light the burner within the set time. The gas may be missing, or the boiler may have been idle for a long time, in which case the lockout can appear without any fault.

Low system pressure
If there is too little water in the radiator circuit, the boiler stops to protect itself. If the pressure drops often there is a leak, or the expansion vessel, the tank that absorbs the expansion of the hot water, needs checking.

Overheating
If the water circulates poorly, because of air in the system, limescale or a slow circulator (the circulator is the pump that moves the water), the boiler overheats inside and locks out.

Insufficient supply voltage
When the household supply is below the limits, the boiler stops, then restarts by itself when the voltage returns to normal.

Worn components
Electrode, sensors, fan or electronic board wear out over the years. There a reset is not enough and you need the technician.
What you can safely check yourself
- Read the code on the display and photograph it
- Check the pressure on the gauge with the system cold
- Check that the gas tap under the boiler is open and that the hob works
- If the manual allows it, press the Reset button once and wait
- If 37 appears, notice whether there are power dips in the home or lights flickering
Never open the boiler or the gas water heater, and always switch off the power before touching an electrical appliance. If in doubt, call us.

Most common error codes on Immergas boilers
01, ignition failure lockout: the boiler did not light within the set time. The manual says to press Reset and notes that at first start-up, or after a long period of inactivity, the lockout can appear even without a fault. If it repeats, the gas and ignition must be checked.
02, safety thermostat lockout (overtemperature): during operation the water inside the boiler got too hot and the safety thermostat stopped it. It can be reset, but if it returns you need to find out why the water is not circulating properly.
10, insufficient system pressure: the boiler does not detect enough pressure in the heating circuit. The manual asks you to check on the gauge that it is between 1 and 1.2 bar and, if needed, to bring it back to that value.
37, low supply voltage: the power reaching the boiler is below the permitted limits. When the voltage returns to normal the boiler restarts by itself, without a reset.
Reset, attempts and when to stop
On Immergas boilers the reset can be repeated up to five times in a row. After that the display shows 08, maximum number of resets: the function stays locked for at least an hour, and you get back one attempt every hour.
There is a reason for the limit. If a lockout keeps returning, the boiler is signalling a real problem, and switching the power off and on to get the attempts back does not solve it.
The code tables can change from one series to another, for example between Victrix, Eolo and Nike. That is why on a video call we start from the rating plate and the manual for your model.

We are a business qualified for heating and gas systems that repairs boilers of many brands, Immergas included, and we are not the brand's official service centre. If your boiler is still under warranty, read the conditions first: covered repairs generally go through the manufacturer's network.
Out of warranty we handle diagnosis, repair and replacement of components, with parts suited to your model. The quote comes before we start and, if you did the video call, the €9.90 is deducted from the bill.

Are you the Immergas service centre?
No, we are not the brand's official service centre. We are a business qualified under DM 37/2008 that repairs Immergas boilers and those of other brands. If the boiler is under warranty, check the conditions on the certificate first.
My Immergas shows 10. What do I do?
Look at the pressure gauge. If the pressure is low, the manual asks you to bring it back to between 1 and 1.2 bar using the filling tap. On a video call we show you where it is on your model. If 10 comes back after a few days, there is a leak or a problem with the expansion vessel.
How many times can I press Reset?
Up to five times in a row, then 08 appears and you have to wait. But if the lockout returns after one or two attempts, it is better to stop and have it checked.
Is code 37 a boiler fault?
Not necessarily: it means the electrical voltage is below the limits. If it happens often, it is worth having the home's electrical system or the line feeding the boiler checked too.
