Home systems service, organised the way it should be today
Book the day and time online, see the price before you confirm, and we answer emergencies 24 hours a day.
Pronto Impianti 24 is the service for the systems in your home: plumbing, boilers, air conditioners, water heaters, radiators, gas and pellet stoves. Choose the day and time on the website, see the full price before you book, and the day before you get a confirmation of the time. We work in Naples, across Chiaia, Posillipo and Vomero, and all over Campania. For emergencies we answer 24 hours a day.
Our story
Mauro Pezone has worked on home systems for more than ten years. Since 2015 he has held the personal F-gas certificate to install and repair air conditioners and heat pumps, and he also works on boilers, water systems and gas.
In this trade it is common to phone, wait for an answer and find out the price when the job is done. Since 2025 we have chosen another way: the job is booked online. You choose the day and time, see the total before you confirm, and know who is coming.
It feels like the right way to work today. Times are kept, your home stays tidy and someone answers at night.
How we work today
You choose the day and time. The calendar takes travel time into account, so the time you choose is the time we arrive, and we confirm it the day before.
The price before you confirm. You see the full total before you book. If a part is needed, the technician shows it to you and tells you the cost before going ahead, and you decide.
A tidy home. We protect floors and furniture and clean up when the work is done.
An answer at any hour. For emergencies the phone is answered 24 hours a day. For a question, you can book a video consultation on the website, with the cost shown before you book.
The companies we work with
Pronto Impianti 24 is the service you book. The work is carried out by selected partner companies. The network is meant to grow, and other companies will join only after we check their qualifications.
