This is a courtesy translation. The Italian version is the binding one. We explain which data we collect when you use Pronto Impianti 24, why and for how long, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
Air Tecnology Impianti di Pezone Mauro, Via Federico Fellini 11, 81030 Parete (CE), VAT no. 04706370618. To exercise your rights, write to our certified email (PEC) [email protected].
Which data we collect
When you book a consultation or request a job: name, phone number, email (if you give it), town or neighbourhood, address (if you give it) and the description of the problem. On the payment page Stripe collects the payment and billing data (tax code or VAT number and address); we only receive the billing data and the outcome of the payment, never the card details.
If you turn on notifications, we save the technical address of your device to send you alerts about your booking. Video calls are not recorded.
Why we use it
To provide the service you asked for: contacting you, giving the consultation, organising the job (legal basis: performance of a contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
To meet tax and accounting obligations, such as issuing the invoice (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
Who processes data on our behalf
Suppliers that help us run the service, appointed as data processors: Stripe (payments), Daily.co or Jitsi (video calls), the site's hosting and database provider, the email sending service and, for alerts to the technician, Telegram. Some of these suppliers may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
We keep booking and request data for 24 months, to handle any jobs and warranties. We keep invoices and accounting documents for 10 years, as required by law. Notification addresses are deleted when you turn notifications off or when they are no longer valid.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to the processing or receive it in a readable format, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
