How it works
Each authorised person finds their QR code in the app that carries your business name. They hold it up to the reader next to the door and, if the code is valid at that moment, the lock opens.
You decide who enters, on which days and at what time. A code can be revoked in an instant, without changing the lock and without collecting keys or badges, and every entry is logged.
Where it makes sense
Offices and professional practices, gyms and sports centres, staff entrances or storerooms in shops, staff-only areas in bars and venues, clubs with members.
It is not designed for entrances open to the public, where customers come and go freely: a door that opens only with a QR code would slow everyone down.
How much it costs
We give you the price after the site visit, because it depends on how many doors need controlling, the type of lock or turnstile, the electrical connections already in place and how many people will use the system.
You receive a written quote covering the installation, the customised app and support, before any work begins.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to download an app?
Yes, an app with your business name and logo: your personal QR code is inside it. For people who do not use a smartphone, a printed code can be arranged.
Can I set access days and times?
Yes. Each code can be valid only during certain time slots or until a set date, for example the end of a gym membership or the end of a contract.
What happens if the power goes out?
It depends on the lock. In the design we decide together whether the door stays locked or opens during a blackout, in line with the rules on escape routes, and whether to add a backup battery.
Can I use the door I already have?
Often yes: in many cases it is enough to add an electric lock and the reader. We check this at the site visit, along with the electrical connections.
How much does a QR code access system cost?
