Do you do emergency call-outs at night and on Sundays?
Yes, we answer emergencies 24 hours a day, including Sundays and public holidays. The emergency call-out costs €50, with €30 extra from 8 pm to 8 am, on Sundays and on public holidays. The work is paid separately, with a quote before we start.
How much does it cost to install an air conditioner?
For a single-split unit installed back to back, with up to 3 metres of piping and F-gas certification included: from €250 + VAT near our base in Parete, and in Naples from €260 to €310 + VAT depending on the neighbourhood. You see the full price for your town when you book. For longer piping, special brackets or work at height, we give you the price first, after a photo or a site visit.
How does online booking work?
Choose the job, your town and an available time slot. The calendar knows how long each job takes and how long it takes us to reach you, so it only shows times we can really keep. The day before, we call you to confirm.
Do you work on Sundays for scheduled jobs?
Yes, on Sunday mornings you can book jobs and consultations, with a small surcharge that you see before you confirm.
What is the remote consultation?
A video call with the technician, from the website and without any app, lasting up to 15 minutes, to understand the fault before we come out. It costs €9.90 (€14.90 on Sundays), and if we then do the job we take it off the bill.
I can smell gas: what do I do?
Do not switch on lights or use flames, open the windows, shut off the gas at the meter if you can do it safely, leave the house and, from outside, call your gas distributor's emergency line (free number on your bill) or 112.
