QR code access for offices, shops and venues
For spaces where only authorised people should enter: the office, the staff entrance, the shop storeroom, the back of the bar or venue. Employees open the door with the QR code on their phone, and you decide who enters and at what times.
Right for you if
- You gave keys to former employees and never got them back
- The storeroom is left open and you do not know who goes in
- You want cleaners or suppliers to enter only at a certain time
- You need to know what time shift staff arrive and leave
How it works
Each employee has their QR code in the app that carries your business name. They show it to the reader and the door opens only if they are authorised at that moment. When someone leaves the job, their code is deactivated straight away.
Suppliers, cleaners and technicians receive temporary codes, valid only on the day and in the time slot you decide.
Where it makes sense and where it does not
It is designed for restricted doors: the office, the staff entrance, the storeroom, staff areas in bars and venues. Not for the customer entrance, where people must be able to come and go freely.
How much it costs
It is by quote, after the site visit: it depends on how many doors need controlling, the type of lock and how many people will use the system.
How to ask for a quote
To choose locks and readers we need to see the doors. Before the site visit we talk by phone to understand how many entrances and how many people are involved.
