Gym entry with a QR code
With a QR code on their phone, members let themselves in, and anyone with an expired membership stays out without someone having to check at reception. We connect the reader to the door or turnstile and give you an app with your gym's name.
Right for you if
- A queue forms at reception at peak times
- You want to open the gym even when no staff are present
- You only find out about expired memberships when someone checks
- Cards get lost and have to be reissued all the time
How it works in a gym
Each member has their QR code in the gym's app. The code is valid until the date you set, for example the membership expiry, and during the hours you choose. After that it no longer opens the door.
The reader is mounted next to the door or on the turnstile. Instructors and cleaners get separate codes, even ones valid for just a few days, and every entry is logged.
How much it costs
It is by quote, after the site visit. It depends on whether you already have a turnstile, how many doors need controlling and how many members the gym has.
How to ask for a quote
To connect a door or turnstile we need to see it. Before the site visit we talk by phone to understand how many entrances you have and how you manage memberships.

Frequently asked questions
Can I open the gym without staff?
The system allows it: only people with a valid code get in and every entry is logged. If you plan to open without staff, also consider video surveillance and the terms of your insurance.
Does it work with the turnstile I already have?
Many turnstiles have an input to trigger the opening and can be connected to a QR reader. We check this at the site visit.
Do members have to download an app?
Yes, the app with your gym's name, where they find their QR code. Members who do not use a smartphone can have a printed code.
How much does it cost?
It is by quote: it depends on doors, turnstiles and the number of members. Request one from the website and we will call you for the site visit.
