Emergency plumber in Naples
A pipe that opens up, a hose that bursts under the sink, water passing to the flat below: these faults do not wait. For an urgent plumber in Naples and Campania call us now, at any hour: we answer 24 hours a day, Sundays and public holidays too. While we talk we help you stop the water.

In a flood the real danger is water meeting electricity. If it reaches sockets, power strips, appliances or the fuse board, switch off the main safety switch only if you can reach the board with dry feet. If the board is in the wet area, do not touch it, leave the room and call 112. If water comes down from a light fitting, do not switch that light on.
Recognise the problem
- A hose under the sink or toilet has split and is spraying water
- Water is coming from the wall or the floor and the meter is spinning fast
- Water is dripping from the ceiling or light fitting of the neighbour below
- You closed the main valve and the home has no water
- The toilet or shower drain is backing up dirty water
- An isolation valve leaks from the stem and no longer closes
The most common causes
- 1
Burst hose
The hoses that feed taps and toilet cisterns are always under pressure. When the outer braid corrodes, the inner rubber tube bulges and gives way, often at night, when consumption falls and pressure in the pipes rises.
- 2
Pipe corroded inside the wall
In galvanised iron systems the pipe thins from the inside until it pierces. Water surfaces from the plaster, the skirting board or between the floor joints.
- 3
Fitting that pulls out
A badly fitted fitting can come apart suddenly, perhaps after water hammer: the thump water makes when a tap or the washing machine stops it abruptly.
- 4
Drain blocked downstream
With a blockage further down, in the branch junction or the building's stack, water from the toilet and washing machine finds no way out and comes up from the lowest point of the bathroom.
- 5
Valves seized with time
Isolation valves that nobody has touched for years harden or break just when they are needed.
What you can safely check yourself
- First close the small valve under the fixture that leaks. If that is not enough, close the main valve of the home.
- If the main valve is missing or does not hold, go down to the meter and close its valve, checking it is really yours.
- After closing, open a low tap, like the one in the bath, to let out the water left in the pipes and reduce the leak.
- If water has reached sockets or appliances, switch off the main safety switch without walking through water.
- Put rags and buckets under the leak and photograph everything: the photos are needed by the technician and the insurer.
Never open the boiler or the gas water heater, and always switch off the power before touching an electrical appliance. If in doubt, call us.
When you need a technician at home
- The leak does not stop with the valves of the home and you have to keep the main valve closed
- Water has passed through the floor slab and is wetting the flat below
- The broken pipe is built into the wall or runs under the floor
- A drain backs up and there is no other bathroom in the home
- The main valve or the meter valve leaks and will not close

What happens when you call
On the phone we ask you three things: where the water is coming from, whether you managed to shut it off, and whether it is wetting electrical installations or the neighbour. From these answers we work out how urgent it is and what materials are needed.
Before the technician sets off you know the urgent call-out fee, with the surcharge if it is night, Sunday or a holiday. If you confirm, they leave with the parts most often needed: hoses, valves, fittings, lengths of pipe.
On site the first job is to make the system safe and give you back at least part of the water, by isolating the broken section. Then comes the price of the repair, quoted before we start. If a wall or a floor has to be opened, we show you where and explain why.
When the leak can wait until morning
Not every leak calls for a night call-out. If the small valve under the sink has stopped the water and the rest of the home works, the fault is isolated: you can wait for normal hours and save the surcharge.
It becomes urgent when the water does not stop, when you are forced to stay without water in the whole home or when the neighbour below is involved. In those cases waiting only makes the damage grow, and the bill.
If you are in doubt, call us anyway. We tell you honestly whether it is worth coming out now, even when the answer is no.
Want to know what it is first? Show us
In a plumbing emergency the phone is what counts: call us and we explain how to shut off the water as we go. If you prefer, we switch to a video call to look with you at the valves under the sink or in the meter room and choose the right one. Then the technician comes to repair.
Video consultation, up to 15 minutes: €9.90 (€14.90 on Sundays), deducted from the bill if we then come to your home.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an urgent plumber cost in Naples?
The bill has two parts: the urgent call-out, which depends on the hour, day and distance, and the repair. We tell you the first on the phone before setting off, the second at your home, after seeing the fault and before starting.
Do you come at night too?
Yes, we answer at any hour, Sundays and public holidays included. At night the call-out costs more, and you know it before you confirm.
I have shut off the water: do I still need to call you right away?
It depends on what has been left shut. If you have isolated a single fixture and the rest works, you can wait for normal hours. If you are without water throughout the home or the leak has reached the neighbour, an urgent visit is worthwhile.
Water is dripping from the neighbour's ceiling below: what do I do?
Close the main valve of the home, then go and see the damage with your neighbour and photograph it. Tell the administrator if the break might be on the shared stack, and call us to find and repair it.
Do you also deal with blocked drains at night?
Yes, when a drain backs up or the only toilet at home is out of use. Septic tanks and communal sewers, however, need a drain-clearing firm with a tanker, which we do not have: we tell you straight away.
