Period buildings, villas with gardens and terraces overlooking the bay. The systems here are often high-end: boilers in recesses, multi-split air conditioning, bathrooms redone with wall-hung fixtures and concealed cisterns. They call for a technician who works cleanly, protects floors and furniture and leaves everything tidy.
